Akuna Drive, Williamstown

As a landmark industrial development in a tightly held of Williamstown North in Melbourne, Hallmarc is excited to be delivering 184-warehouses at Akuna Drive.  The project in the high-growth area will be delivered in several stages with plans for double storey warehouse units as well as office space and a large cafe space in the centre of the development.

Proposed as part of the Elloura, Nagambie masterplan, the company’s second lifestyle village Avington will include a state-of-the-art clubhouse with bowling greens, tennis courts, theatres and communal garden areas as well as over 200 home sites. The community will be the second owned and managed by the Hallmarc group.
