With over 25 years experience in the property industry, Joe is a qualified CA providing him with the perfect balance of commercial and residential property experience enabling him to effectively oversee the Hallmarc operations in his role as General Manager.
WARREN KEIGHRAN
HEAD OF DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
With over 25 years experience in the property industry, Warren joined Hallmarc in 2005 to manage the Hallmarc Construction division.
A qualified building surveyor, Warren’s primary responsibility is to manage all phases of the property construction process from planning through to completion as well as maintain active relationships with external personnel, suppliers and contractors.
